HISTORY OF THE COMPANY SEREDA GMBH
Founded in 1997, the logistics company SEREDA GmbH initially started its business as a small 800 m² customs warehouse with the option of consolidating goods in the west of Berlin. Just six months later, the company expanded its warehouse space to 1,600 m² and its office space to 300 m².

Receipt of the license to operate as a "TYPE C" bonded warehouse. |
1999 |
Obtaining the additional license as an "Authorized Consignee". |
2000 |
Opening of the customs office on the premises of the Dreilinden customs office, on the A115 motorway. |
2005 |
Connection to the computerized bonded New Computerised Transit System NCTS, based on the customs program ATLAS. |

Receipt of the additional permit as "Authorized Consignor“. |

Expansion of the storage area to 4,000 m². |

Development of the direction "import into the EU" - "import customs clearance". |

SEREDA GmbH is AEO-certified (Authorized Economic Operator) by the main customs office in Berlin. |

Receipt of the authorization for the submission of simplified customs declarations for the export of goods (SDE authorization) from the main customs office in Berlin. |

Start of construction of the new modern customs warehouse and offices of SEREDA GmbH according to the project and plans developed by the company in one of the largest and most modern GVZ Berlin West Wustermark. |

SEREDA GmbH is officially certified with the organic inspection body DE-ÖKO-070 and approved for import / initial reception / warehousing / shipping logistics of organic products in accordance with EC Regulation 834/2007. |

SEREDA GmbH is officially approved as an excise warehouse for alcohol and goods containing alcohol (alcohol products). |
